This is the basis for the growth and success of Adrian's Parkplace Bakery and Grill. We are looking for qualified individuals or groups to help us grow the Parkplace concept. By joining us, you will be joining a small, elite group of operators. You will also be a part of a franchise system that has an extensive support network. We want to help you succeed.

  • Ten years restaurant management experience is a requirement
  • Liquid net worth of $1,500,000.00 and the abililty to borrow any balance of the first units costs if required.
  • Opening the first unit cost between $680,000.00 - $905,000.00
  • Area development agreements also available.

Management Training
At Adrian's Parkplace, we feel all successful operations begin with strong and comprehensive training. We have one of the most detailed and comprehensive hands-on training programs in the industry. Our management training for franchisees incorporates a 12-16 week training program for up to 5 managers per store. The training is done at one of our corporate training stores and is overseen by a corporate certified training manager. The training includes technical training, management development and marketing. We also offer continuing developmental training at our stores. After the franchise store opens, we wil assist the franchisee in establishing an in-store training program.

Operational Support
The franchisees are a big part of the Adrian's Parkplace Family. We want the franchisee to be able to benefit from our 20 years of operational experience. In order to be able to this, our franchise operations department is a part of our corporate operations department. Each franchise location is visited regularly by one of our field consultants. All franchisees have direct access to all corporate personnel.

Site Selection and Construction Support
Adrian's Parkplace offers help in site selection. This help includes runing demographics, a market orientation trip, and broker referral. We can help you gather information for our site approval application. After obtaining a site, you can depend on us for construction assistance. We give you access to our architect, meet with your general contractor at your site for a briefing, and is available to assist you through final construction. We can also help you with your equipment purchases.

Marketing Support
Adrian's Parkplace has been very successful with in-store and relationship marketing. Franchisees participate in all in-store promotions and have a multitude of print advertising available to them. Relationship marketing is one phase of the training that the franchisee goes through.
